What's your Shipping Method?

Free Global Shipping service via DHL/UPS.

What's your payment?

30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment. (Tone Test, Sound video, quality test video will share to you when it finished, and balance paid after you satisfaction)

Can you provide a video of the production process?

Absolutely! We actually record every key step, from steel board selection to packaging. I can send you a video later today, and if you need, we can even do a live video call while your order is being packed.

I worry about long-term supply. What if you suddenly disappear after a few orders?

That’s a great question. In fact, many of our current customers had the same concern at the beginning. But we’ve been in this business for 10 years, and we have clients who’ve worked with us for over 5 years. Plus, we’re open about our production capacity and always plan ahead for stock.
